- Direct telephone support on our Hotline number. One of our support experts will be assigned to your case until fully resolved and closed.
- If your hardware is damaged or cannot be repaired after 4 hours, we will dispatch a loan device to you via next day courier (conditions apply)
- Priority email support - we respond to your email within 4 hours
Standard comprehensive
Our standard support package that we provide to all customers at no additional cost
- Email support - target response within 24 hours
- Return-to-base hardware support
- Hire PDA available upon request - dispatched within 48 hours (conditions apply)
